- Exhibitors: account email, company profile, billing details processed by Stripe, and files you upload (logos, banners, pitch decks).

- To run the event, process stand bookings and communicate with exhibitors.
- To respond to enquiries and send essential service messages.

Contract performance, legitimate interests (running a business event), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing where applicable), and legal obligation.
Sharing
We use Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (application hosting) and email providers. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to deliver the event, meet accounting requirements (typically up to 6 years for financial records), and resolve disputes.
